Vin Santo Biscuits


500 g of flour
200 g of sugar
200 ml of Vin Santo "Terre di Perseto"
125 g of butter
100 ml of extra virgin olive oil "Terre di Perseto"
200 g of raisins
80 g of pine nuts
A pinch of salt
A sachet of baking powder


Put the raisins to soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Remove them from the water and dry them. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Make balls the size of walnuts and place them on parchment paper. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees for 20 minutes in a ventilated oven.
