Vin Santo Biscuits


500 g of flour
200 g of sugar
200 ml of vin santo
125 g of butter
100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
200 g of raisins
80 g of pine nuts
A pinch of salt
A sachet of baking powder


Put the raisins soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Remove it from the water and dry it. Put all the ingredients in a tureen and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Make a balls like walnut size and place them on baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes in a ventilated oven.
