In 2010 we undertook a complete restructuring of the vineyards and of the cellar with the aim of innovating our production method through an adoption of integrated agriculture technologies and techniques.
The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand. This slow and meticulous method allows a careful selection of the bunches.
The vinification is carried out according to Chianti Classico’s traditions respecting all the production disciplinary rules, which establish the conditions and requirements necessary for a wine to bear the D.O.C.G. Chianti Classico. Furthermore all the fermentation, conservation and bottling processes take place following the natural path of vinification.
All wines are vinified in stainless steel until the end of malolactic fermentation, then they are refined, in steel or in oak, according to the type.
