In 2017 we started to produce fruit liqueurs as well. The first product was the delicious blackberry liqueur, excellent to be eaten fresh for an alternative aperitif or at the end of the meal as a digestive.
It’s produced from our trusted distillery with blackberries from our garden, following an old family recipe.
The blackberries are macerated in alcohol for a period of about two months.
When the maceration ends a syrup of water and sugar is added and the liqueur is ready.
It has a fruity smell and an intense blackberry flavor that lingers in the mouth for a long time.
