Linguine with Porcini Mushrooms


350 g of linguine
400 g of porcini mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
4 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of cooking cream
30 g of butter
Parmesan cheese
1 small coffee cup of broth
Salt and pepper


Mince the mushrooms. Brown the garlic clove with 30 g of butter, add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add the broth and cook for 15 minutes.

In a pan, heat the milk with the cream and add a pinch of salt. Combine the mushrooms with their sauce (after removing the garlic) and transfer the cooked linguine into the pan.

Cook for a few minutes, put in a serving dish and sprinkle with pepper and grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately ... and enjoy it!
