Our Grappa di Chianti Classico Riserva "Terre di Perseto" is an aged grappa, obtained from the pomace of fermented grapes coming from the first pressing; these are grapes suitable for producing Chianti Classico DOCG wines.

Grape variety:
Sangiovese grapes (around 80-95%), plus other red grapes for the remaining percentage.

Aging:
Aged 6/12 months in stainless steel vats, then aged for at least 24 months in oak barrels and finally aged in barriques.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw-yellow, amber-colored. Spicy and vanilla aromas in the mouth, with a smooth but persistent finish.

43%
