"NERUM" and "BIANCO" are our table balsamic dressings, which we have started producing since 2019.

These two condiments are made from our boiled grapes' must.

"NERUM" has a strong and persistent taste, while "BIANCO" has a sweet and sour taste.

They are both ideal for accompanying salads, cheeses, meat or fish, but they also pair with strawberries and raspberries for an alternative dessert.

They are bottled in elegant 250 ML/8.454 FL.OZ. bottles.
